At Salty, we value thorough consultations, intentional appointments, and quality over quantity. We do not double book. We focus on integrity over trends and creating a calm, personal experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
Most of our stylists work three to four days per week with flexible scheduling because we believe success should include time for family, health, and the life you are building outside the salon.
This is a commission based position with full time availability. We are looking for someone experienced who is grounded, kind, and relationship driven. Someone who is confident in their craft but always open to growing. Someone who believes education never stops and that success is built together, not alone.
